ShotTracker combines a Quad-Core Processor, high definition camera, onboard accelerometers & gyros into a sleek light weight unit that attaches to the barrel of your shotgun turning it into an intelligent device. The embedded SmartShot algorithms analyze each shot and provide immediate feedback on hit and miss accuracy enabling you to make adjustments on the very next shot.
How Does It Work?
Powered by Take Aim’s Patented SmartShot™ Software Technology, ShotTracker examines each shot to:
- Evaluate the flight path and velocity of the clay target
- Track the orientation, position and motion of the shotgun up to and post trigger pull
- Determine the range where the clay target and the “shot” cloud intersect
- Calculate the number of shot pellets that will impact the target
- Compute the probability of breakage and based on the shot pellet’s kinetic energy at the time of impact
ShotTracker delivers all of the analysis and information to Powered by TakeAim™ applications within five seconds after the shot.
ShotTracker is powered by two CR-123 batteries capable of powering the unit for several hours in active mode.

ShotTracker’s multi-gauge barrel mount is designed to fit 12 ga., 28 ga., 20 ga., and 410 bore shotguns.
